Powerscourt Estate: A Stunning Setting for the wedding of your dreams!
When I was a kid, I was gifted a gorgeous coffee table book called ‘Ireland’ that was filled with full-spread photographs of castles, fields, ocean towns, and parks. I remember one scene in it that particularly tickled my imagination; a huge garden and in the middle of it was a fountain with horse statues guarding the front. What made the impression was that it reminded me of a scene from The Sound of Music, a movie that I was obsessed with at the time, and I had to visit there!
Fast forward twenty years. I’m standing in front of the fountain, camera in hand, staring up at the beautiful pegasus and pinching myself. It was one of those moments that left me speechless. Powerscourt is the kind of venue that every couple needs. One that leaves them breathless with beauty and wonder. Let’s dive in, shall we?

Booking Your Photographer (Hi, it’s me)
Finding the right photographer is a hard choice for any couple, especially one getting married abroad. Luckily, I’m here to make it easy for you! My name is Kerry of Kerry Jeanne Photography, a film wedding photographer based out of Seattle Washington with a passion for all things Ireland. Growing up, I could never find a souvenier with my name on it, then I discovered that there was a whole place called ‘Kerry’ in Ireland and from that moment on, I knew Ireland was going to be my second home. If you liked what you read and are planning an Irish wedding, lets chat! Head on over to my contact form to start the conversation. I can’t wait to hear all about your beautiful details!
Special thanks to the team at Powerscourt Estate for hosting the walkthrough and Meredith of Gather Events for coordinating it all!
